4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note:
- Refund Timeline: It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is opened, used, or damaged, we may issue a partial refund or offer an exchange instead.
Note: If you received your order with free shipping and the value of your returned items causes the total order amount to fall below the threshold for free shipping, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
